The potentialities of the new generation of smartphones in ophthalmology are growing every day. From education to patient evaluation, image registration and information sharing, these new tool are changing our habits. We present clinical cases registered by smartphone in different ocular pathologies, from pole to pole. In some pediatric cases we compare smartphone images to RetCam images.
