Video presents both: retinotomy as secondary procedure in eyes filled with silicone oil or primary procedure during silicone oil filling. Different options of combined procedures of retinotomy after perfluorocarbon liquid  together with phacoemulsification of cataract, intraocular foreign body removal and penetrating keratoplasty are presented.
