Management of Subretinal Gas Complication Following Pneumatic Retinopexy by Chanoknat Suwanrat, Thailand


ABSTRACT

Pneumatic retinopexy is a popular and effective procedure for treating retinal detachments. We report a case of a 55-years-old male who presented with a large superior horseshoe tear and associated retinal detachment of the right eye. He underwent pneumatic retinopexy complicated by subretinal gas, which was successfully managed with position.
