SYNOPSIS

Simple method of staining with trypan blue is presented. After closing of infusion line small amount of trypan blue is slowly injected over the macula. This allows putting the dye over the retina without spreading in all directions. The video presents ILM removal in macular pucker, macular hole, retinal detachment, vein occlusions, diabetic retinopathy and Terson syndrome. Special attention is paid to different characteristics of ILM in different situations.
