SYNOPSIS

This video shows the use of colorants during the various stages of vitreo-retinal surgery. An endovitreal injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and/or of Tripan Blue and/or Infracyanine was performed during vtreo-retinal surgery. The use of colorants is a help in the different stages of vitreo-retinal surgery, allowing a better removal of peripheral and base vitreous, of
the epiretinal membranes and of the internal limitant membrane, providing at the same time safety to the surgical act.
